Small Business Development Center

Several of these centers are located throughout the state of Iowa. Bryan Ziegler, with the Indian Hills Center, is the contact for Van Buren County businesses.

Services offered to small businesses are guidance in developing a business plan, general management, accounting and record keeping, marketing, seeking financial assistance programs, computer system set-up and much more.

Iowa businesses with fewer than 500 employees, or less than $3.5 million dollars in sales are eligible for this assistance.

Consultation is also available at no charge for those persons seeking busines start-up or acquisition advice.
